Privacy Policy

Account information — when you create an account, we receive your email address and name via Google Auth (processed by Supabase Authentication).

Usage data — the number of characters translated (Z-Points), your translation history, your preferences (translation styles, favorite languages), and your subscription status, synced across your devices via Supabase.

Content you submit — text you select or capture on-screen (Zen Vision / OCR) is sent to our server-side function (Supabase Edge Functions), which relays it to a third-party AI provider (Gemini, OpenRouter, or Groq, depending on the complexity of the request) for the sole purpose of generating the requested translation.

Payment information — payments are processed directly by Polar (Polar.sh). We never receive or store your card number.

Technical data — operating system, app version, and anonymized traffic statistics on this website (Vercel Analytics), which does not use advertising tracking cookies.

To provide and operate the service (translation, OCR, multi-device sync), manage your subscription and credits, respond to support requests submitted through the contact form, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve product reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors required to run the service: Supabase (hosting, authentication, database), Polar (payments), Google (sign-in), the AI providers listed above (translated text only, not your identity), and Vercel (site hosting and traffic analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy commitments.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the contact form or by email.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the site's contact form or at azizkane@softazur.tech.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is stored with Supabase, which applies industry-standard security practices. No system is infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Lzen is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
