Terms of Use

Lzen is an AI-assisted translation co-pilot that appears in overlay above your other apps. Some features are in public beta, notably Zen Vision (OCR): occasional imperfections (text cut off, inconsistent rendering) may occur, and we're continuously fixing them.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Lzen offers three plans: Free, Pro (monthly or annual), and Lifetime (one-time payment). Payments are processed by Polar (Polar.sh); subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from within the app.

The Free plan refills 50 Z-Points every day (reset at local midnight); each translation, Zen Vision (OCR) capture, or rephrasing consumes a few points depending on its complexity. Pro and Lifetime plans grant unlimited Z-Points for normal, individual language-learning use, with a generous fair-use allowance (currently 500 Z-Points per day) beyond which we may reach out to confirm legitimate use.

The Lifetime plan grants extended access for the life of the product, but remains subject to a fair use principle: it is intended for a single individual user, for personal use. It does not cover reselling or sharing access across multiple people, automated or bulk usage (scripts, large-scale data extraction), or any use disproportionate to the typical individual usage of a language-learning tool. We also apply reasonable server-side rate limits to protect the service from abuse. If we detect usage that is clearly abusive under this principle, we will generally reach out before limiting or suspending the affected account.

You agree not to: circumvent the service's technical or credit limits, resell or redistribute access to Lzen, use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure, or submit content you don't have the right to use.

Translations, rephrasing, and OCR extractions are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors or approximations. Lzen is a comprehension and learning aid; it is not a substitute for certified professional translation for legal, medical, or official purposes.

Lzen, its logo, and its content (excluding text you submit) belong to SoftAzur. You retain all rights to the text you translate.

You may stop using Lzen and cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate an account for clear violations of these terms, including the Fair Use Policy.

Lzen is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SoftAzur is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including consequences of an inaccurate translation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Senegal, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
